The Los Angeles Police Department requires information to be printed on the front and back of their business cards to conform to Special Order #3. The current version of this is seen below. As of March 2007, the below information is to be printed on the front and back of LAPD business cards. This supersedes all other layouts. All items in YELLOW are required. Code 3 Products will leave this off if you request.
